After countless negotiations and back and forthing today we signed the papers.
Just over 2 hours with the lawyer and a brief meeting with the agent and sellers lawyer, 15 signatures later
We are now the proud parents of a condo.

No more searching, no more looking, no more dreaded open houses or weekends of 30 viewings in 2 days.
No more worrying about someone kicking us out or bulldozing our home.
This is ours.
