A Letter Isn't A Lease

So R emailed me today.
Apparently Seller-Landlord has a letter from us from the new Pointy Haired Landlords that give us the instructions on where to drop off the check and everything. So they’re at least planning on keeping us around long enough to use that information … but when he was walking back to his cube it occurred to him that a letter isn’t a lease. So maybe we are going to a month to month for a while. Unless they are just taking care of the final month of our lease.
